Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use rokenscollection.com and buy from Rokens Collections ("Rokens", "we") in Kenya. By placing an order you accept them, together with the exchange policy, the shipping information and, where relevant, the preorder and Personal Shopper terms.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Kenya shillings and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown at checkout. We accept Lipa na M-Pesa. An order is confirmed once we have verified your payment. We may cancel an unpaid order after the time shown at checkout and release the stock.

Product information

We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on screens. Car part compatibility is confirmed by us against your VIN or chassis number before dispatch when you provide it.

Mistakes in price

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel with your payment returned in full.

Exchanges and refunds

See the exchange policy. We do not give refunds for change of mind. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as port closures or strikes, but we will keep you informed and work to deliver as soon as possible.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and disputes go to the courts of Kenya.
