Preorder terms

Preorder items are bought from our suppliers after you order. By placing a preorder you agree to the following.

Payment

Preorders are paid in full when you order. Payment is by Lipa na M-Pesa.

Timing

Sourcing usually takes 5 to 15 days and shipping 35 to 75 days after purchase. These are estimates, not guarantees; we keep you updated at every stage.

Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel a preorder free of charge until we mark it Purchased in your tracking. After purchase the item is bought for you and the order cannot be cancelled.

If we cannot source the item

If we can't obtain the item after you have paid, we tell you within the sourcing window and you choose: an equivalent item, credit for a future order, or the return of your payment to the M-Pesa number you paid from.

Exchange

Preorder items follow the exchange policy: one genuine exchange per eligible item, reported on the day your order is delivered (by 11:59 pm Nairobi time). Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
