Shipping and delivery

Ready-stock items

Items marked In stock are in Nairobi. We usually deliver within 1 to 3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery fees are shown at checkout for your area.

Pickup

You can collect free of charge from Muthaiga North, Nairobi. We'll message you when your order is ready.

Preorder and imported items

Imported items have two stages, shown separately in your tracking:

Sourcing, usually 5 to 15 days: we find and verify the supplier, confirm availability and buy the item.

Shipping, usually 35 to 75 days from purchase: international freight, Kenyan customs clearance, our Nairobi warehouse, then delivery to you.

The estimated delivery window is shown on the product page and in your account, and updates when your item is bought.

Large items

Furniture and large car parts are delivered by our own team or a specialist carrier. We confirm the delivery cost with you before dispatch, and it is paid through your order page.

Outside Nairobi

We deliver to every county through trusted couriers. You'll get the courier name and tracking reference in your account.

Delays

Customs inspections, port congestion and supplier holidays can add time. If your order will miss its window, we tell you and give a new estimate. You can follow every step in your account.
