Imported items travel by air or sea freight to Kenya, clear customs, arrive at our Nairobi warehouse, and are then delivered to you.

Who clears customs

Rokens handles customs clearance for every order. You do not need to deal with the Kenya Revenue Authority or clearing agents.

Duties

Catalogue prices already include expected duties. Personal Shopper quotes show an estimate that we confirm on arrival; see the Personal Shopper terms for how differences are handled.

Inspections and delays

Customs may inspect or hold goods. This can add days to delivery; we update your tracking when it happens.

Restricted goods

Some goods need permits or cannot be imported. We tell you before quoting if an item falls into these categories.
